Over the past four years, Gulf Coast Family has had the opportunity to review dozens of different birthday locations here in the Tampa Bay area; however none have been quite as fun or as entertaining as our most recent location, AirHeads Trampoline Arena. At AirHeads, which has over 15,000 square feet of family fun including a trampoline arena consisting of over 100 trampolines, the kids (and adults) are able to jump and play ‘till their hearts are content, or they are completely exhausted.

AirHeads is literally wall to wall trampolines and as Manager Rich Newell told us, “Patrons can literally bounce off the walls at AirHeads. Our facility allows folks of all ages to exercise and get a great workout while all the time having fun.” And as our birthday girl put it, “There are few better ways to spend a birthday than bouncing around on a giant trampoline with your friends.”

When the guests arrive they receive from the flight attendants special trampoline shoes which look like high-top sneakers from the future. Anyone under 18 must also wear a helmet. Because of the unique and innovative layout of the areana, AirHeads allows many people to jump around together, so that everyone has fun and no one has to wait.

Kids and parents alike are sure to have fun in the arena doing awesome flips, kicks and bounces as they jump around on the trampolines. The versatility of the equipment at AirHeads also means that everyone can be doing whatever they want! “And as long as people are having safe fun, they are free to have the fun that they want to have!”

In addition to all the bouncing at AirHeads, there are over 30 arcade games, three designated rooms for birthday parties, a sitting area for parents and the Air Cafe eatery, which sells hot dogs, pizza, wraps, salads and much more.

If you’re looking for a fun, unique, and memorable experience for your group or organization, AirHeads will provide you with an easy to plan and customized event. From Open Jumping on their Gigantic Trampoline Arena to AirSports like Dodgeball, Basketball, & Volleyball, there is something for everyone! AirHeads also offers Jump & Eat! or Jump, Eat, & Play! combo packages if your groups want to include food, drinks, and Arcade tokens.

Workout at AirHeads

Burn up to 1,000 calories an hour and have a blast doing it...get TrampoLEAN and join AiRobics Today with our certified AiRobics Instructors!

At AirHeads they also have a designed custom fitness program that will ensure you get an incredible and balanced workout. AirHeads certified AiRobics Instructors will take you through a high intensity, low impact workout session on our trampoline arena.

Classes are 50 minutes and partcipants need to arrive fifteen minutes early for equipment and waiver submission. Must be 18 years or older.
